Business hours for the DRIVES Help Desk are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 12:00pm Saturdays, excluding public holidays.

The Common Expiry Date Fleet facility is available between the hours of 6:00am and 7:30pm, Monday to Saturday, and between 9:00am and 7:30pm on Sunday.
