You may change your password at any time if you think someone else knows it.

You will also be required by the application to change your password when your password has reached its expiry date.

To change your password, once inside the Maintain Account page, in the Change User Password section, type in your old password and new password. You must re-enter the new password again to confirm. DRIVES keeps a history of previous passwords so that old passwords cannot be reused.

You may change your secret question and answer at any time if you think someone else knows it. The secret question and answer will be used reset your password in future in case you have forgotten it.

To change your secret question and answer, once inside the Maintain Account page, in the Change Secret Question / Answer section, select a question from the dropdown list, then provide an answer to that question.
