Logging in to the On-Line CED Fleets application is just like accessing your
bank account through an ATM or through telephone banking. You have to
identify yourself by keying in your PIN (Personal Identification Number)
and then type in your unique password.
RTA allocates each individual user with his/her own unique and permanent
identification code. Users may be linked to one or
more organisations depending on whether the organisation manages or owns
the fleet.
When an account is created for you, you will receive an email with a link
for you to complete the registration process. This includes setting up
your password and providing an answer to one of the secret questions.
This is to ensure that the password remains secure and known only to the
user.
For security reasons, the user's password should not under any circumstances
be disclosed to anyone.
Each user is accountable for every access
recorded against his/her user ID and password.
